People and prices are 2 power areas in your business. When you get these right, they will help you power thru unexpected surprises and challenges

Why? They both naturally help you when things go wrong. 

  • When a mistake happens, great employees are able to take care of the customer and help make it right.
  • Cash flow starts with pricing. The right price provides the cash you need to cover all the costs including the emergency. 

 It does not matter how much you plan, something unexpected will happen…guaranteed.

There’s a lot to juggle when you run a business. If you make people and price a priority, they will have a domino effect on the rest of the business.
